A - All hotels featured on this site offer a shuttle service to and from the airport terminal buildings. A shuttle is not required if staying at the Sofitel as the hotel is connected to the terminal by an undercover walkway. |

A - Shuttle pick up points are clearly marked throughout the terminal buildings. Just follow the signs. |

A - Yes, the train station is situated at the South Terminal. Follow the signs to the shuttle pick up point after arriving. |

A - The hotels featured on this site offer secure airport parking. Please note, as with all car parks, cars are left at the owner's risk. |

Q - Are cars always kept on-site? |
|
|
| |
A - With the exception of the Sofitel Hotel where cars are left at the North Terminal NCP car park, cars are left on-site whenever possible, however, the hotels reserve the right to arrange off-site parking during busy periods. If a hotel's on-site car park is full you may have to drive your car to a secure car park located at the South Terminal. You will be informed when you check in. The discounted parking package rate will still apply. |

Q - I need to leave my car for more than 15 days, is this possible? |

|

A - Yes, simply book the 15 day parking package and state the number of additional days you require in the comments box. The approximate cost of additional parking per day is displayed on each hotel description page. |

Q - What if I need to cancel my reservation? |
|
|
| |
A - Detailed instructions will be sent in your confirmation email. Hotels require cancellation 24-hours before the check-in date, with the exception of The Felbridge Hotel. The Felbridge Hotel rates are subject to a 7 day cancellation policy. This means that cancellations must be made at least 7 days before check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival at The Felbridge Hotel can not be cancelled. |

Q - Do you charge for a cancellation? |
|
|

A - If your reservation required part pre-payment at the time of booking, the cancellaiton fee is waived but the pre-paid amount will not be refunded. If no pre-payment was required at the time of booking, cancellation will incur an administration fee of £10. Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in the balance of one nights stay being charged. Please note that some hotels require 24-hour notice of a cancellation. |

Q - Do you charge for an amendment? |

A - Where no part payment has been taken in advance an administration fee of £10 will apply to all amendments that result in a reduction in the number of rooms or nights originally booked. |

Q - What if I fail to cancel my reservation in time? |

A - The credit card used to make the booking will be charged for one nights stay per room. |

Q - Do I have to pay using the credit card I provided? |

A - If you have chosen a rate that requires part pre-payment, the pre-payable amount will be charged to the card used at the time of booking. However, the remainder can be settled on check-in by another method if preferred. The credit card used at the time of booking will be used by the hotel to guarantee your reservation. You do not have to pay the balance using the same credit card. You may pay by cash on arrival / departure or with a different credit card. Please note that if you are paying by cash some hotels request that you show I.D. |
