Mercure Hotel Gatwick Airport

The Mercure London Gatwick (formerly the Renaissance Gatwick) is part of the Accor group and is located in a great position, 5 minutes from the airport terminals by shuttle bus or car and about 7 to 8 minutes from the M23 motorway. (Journey times can vary depending on traffic and the time of the day so guests should always allow more than 5 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel.)

A 24-hour shuttle running every 15 minutes ensures that guests will find travelling to the terminals from the hotel, and from the hotel to the terminals, effortless. The hotel shuttle is easily recognisable so identifying it when outside the terminal building at which you arrive (if travelling from the airport to the hotel) is also straightforward.

If you are looking to take advantage of a Stay and Park package, parking is onsite at the hotel (when booked through Gatwick Reservations). As with other hotels at Gatwick, however, the Mercure reserves the right to utilise an overflow car park located onsite at the airport during peak periods. The car park is managed by a reputable, Gatwick based, professional parking company.

An Italian bistro and a steakhouse provide food throughout the day along with the bar. 254 rooms are fitted in style with air-conditioning, en suite bathrooms, phone with voicemail, satellite TV and pay films, cooler and internet. Families are very well catered for here, with cribs and roll-a-way beds available if requested. There is 24-hour room service and wheelchairs are available. Some rooms have living areas and / or desks and all have internet connection, as do public areas and meeting rooms.

Parking at the Mercure is located on-site at the hotel when you book a room and parking package through Gatwick Reservations. Simply arrive at the hotel, park your car and then take one of the regular shuttle buses to the terminal buildings. On your return just take a shuttle bus back to the hotel, from the terminal at which you arrive, to collect your car. During busy periods however, the hotel may need to move your vehicle to a nearby secure car park on-site at the airport. If it is necessary to move your car it will be managed by a professional, reputable car park management company based at Gatwick Airport. On your return to Gatwick your car would be ready for you to drive away from the hotel.

From the M23 exit J9 and follow signs to Gatwick Airport. Go straight across the first roundabout following signs to the North terminal. At the second roundabout take 3rd exit signposted A23 Redhill. At the 3rd roundabout take the 1st exit. The hotel is situated on the left.
